This is the first Ten Doctor book. It captured the manic side of Ten perfectly. I liked the Roman escapade and it was a nice romp. The end solution is a bit of an headache. If time twisting paradox is not your thing you will not like this one. I have this also in audio book read by David Tennant. It's fun to listen to Tennant doing Jackie. Really. : )
