A pretty good romance novel. A cowboy gay romance novel. The author takes the usual romance novel plot clichés like sibling falls for older brother's best friend, first lover, evil father etc and uses them in a way that is not tacky or frivolous. It's not perfect, far from it, but as romance novel go it's pretty good. A nice mix of romance, sex, lovers in jeopardy and a happy ending. A good, entertaining read.
