Into the Night (Troubleshooters, Book 5)

Into the Night - Suzanne Brockmann I liked this one. It's my second favorite of the five first novel. I know from reading reviews that it's not a favorite but I fell hard for Muldoon and found his "courtship" of Joan fun and refreshing. I definitely liked the secondary plot, Mary-Lou getting a life and becoming more than a paper thin obstacle to Sam and Alyssa story. I liked Vince and Charlotte, the WW2 sub plot and how it tied into Joan's way of thinking of herself (there is a lot of Vince in her), we got a bit of Tom and Kelly which was nice. I suspect the bad guy will turn up again but most of all I liked Mike Muldoon, math geek, SuperSeal, shy young man but drop dead gorgeous who's used to have women make the first move and not have to do anything to get action but not necessary action he craves. So, yeah, I liked this one.
