Color Blind

Color Blind - Jonathan Santlofer Second novel from this artist turned writer. I might have waited before reading this one. Some of the same "technique" of red herrings and flashbacks are used to good effects but he tried to cram too much into the plot in my opinion : the gay cop, the lone wolf FBI agent, the ambivalent police chief, the pregnant girl. Sometimes less is more. But I still like the whole art scene background and the flashes of, yes, that's brilliant, I get from reading his novels. I just have to remember not to read them back to back.
