Third novel in this wonderful series of dragons in Napoleonians time. This one felt a little long in some parts unlike the first two. The Prussian campaign was a bit too long for my taste. I liked the whole silk road trip. I've read a lot on that area and how caravans traveled across the silk road. It was really done well. I liked the feral dragons and how the role they played in the novel. I have no idea how Temeraire is going to reconcile his view of dragon's rights to the reality of Laurence's England. But it's going to be fun to find out.
