Coule la seine (French Edition)

Coule la Seine - Fred Vargas Anthology of previously published short stories these are set before "Have Mercy On Us All" and "L'homme à l'envers". All three stories are solid and give a different view of Adamsberg and his way of doing things. I especially liked the first one "Salut et liberté" where a lonely old man sits in front of the police station in the heat of August and waits. For what no one knows and Adamsberg is receiving strange mail. Are the two connected, in Adamsberg's universe you can bet on it.
