The Snack Thief (Inspector Montalbano Mysteries)

The Snack Thief - Andrea Camilleri, Stephen Sartarelli Third story in the Montalbano mystery series and so far the best and the first two weren't too shabby. The mystery mixes international intrigue, an exotic woman, a lovable child and Montalbano at a crossroad emotionally and professionally. To hint at the plot would just betray the joy of finding out all the treads as Montalbano unravels the mystery. It's intriguing, it's heartbreaking, it's a joy to just go from chapter to chapter. The end breaks your heart but in a good way. I stayed up quite late Monday evening to finish it because I could bare to put it down.
