Black Bridge: A Mystery of Venice

Black Bridge - Edward Sklepowich Fourth in his series of Venice mysteries in this one we see that Urbino and the Comtessa's friendship is threated by a new love for the Comtessa. But this new man isn't really all that he seems. Death threats, murders and a long ago wrong drive the plot and emotions run high. Venice is still the primary character and it's just wonderful to "see" it thru Urbino's eyes. I like the feel and the ambiance that Skelpowich puts in his novel. I can almost taste the fog. Which is a good thing.
