Started reading this a few weeks ago for a character I'm writing. But it also turned out to be somewhat useful for work too. More like 2.5 stars. It gives a pretty complete portrait of saboteurs: character traits, personality quirks, what sets them off. The first part of the book was useful and interesting. The part of the victims of the saboteurs was half self-help, half self evident platitudes. The solutions proposed to get out of this negative, poison filled position are pretty much every cloud has a silver lining. The book did made me aware of the warning signs if you have a saboteur in your work place and a few basic things to look for in how to minimize his or her influence.
