I enjoyed it. It's a standard man meets man romance. Add to the mix that one of the man realizes he's been repressing a lot of emotions and you get a relationship that starts as friendship to one way love to tentative courtship to mutual love. I liked Jared. Matt a little less. He's a bit too "I am right hear me being right" type. I liked the small town setting. I'm actually reading backwards in this series, having read #3 first. A bit cliché but interesting.
