Not bad as far as tie-in books goes. It's a bit long in places, Nikki is just a tiny, tiny bit too good, strong, tragic and smart but then again this character is the fictional alter-ego of another fictional character. I'm sure there's some meta here but I'm not interested enough to look for it. It's fun, lite, popcorn book reading with a sizable pinch of marketing glitter. Sometimes it's just what you need to read and not try to be too clever.
