Rounding the Mark

Rounding the Mark - Stephen Sartarelli, Andrea Camilleri This is a reward read. Camilleri is always good even when his novels are average (for him) they are good. This, the seventh Montalbano novel is very good. I dove in and came up for air 3 hours later. Montalbano faces a professional crisis and feels like nothing is worth figthing for anymore as a policeman. No honor, no courage. Life catches up with him when he finds a dead man floting in the sea and when a young child ends up dead on a deserted road. Two isolated incidents or a conspiracy involving human trafic ? As always we have wonderful food, Montalbano's gang with Catarella having the right idea again. Just wonderful.
